What does a credit cover?

A credit is a way to scope an agreed piece of work. Each task has defined requirements and a credit value confirmed before it starts. The examples above are illustrative; complex work is assessed individually.

Do I have to decide how to use the credits?

We recommend the priorities from your agreed roadmap and business goals. You can flag new needs or change direction without having to manage a task catalogue yourself.

What’s included outside the credits?

Routine care for the agreed website, your agreed AI monitoring scope, prioritization, quality control, and a concise monthly summary. Strategy meetings depend on your plan. Website suitability and any initial cleanup are reviewed before onboarding.

What is a tracked prompt?

A prompt is a question or search query selected to represent a customer need. A location or language variation counts as a separate prompt. Checking the same prompt on another platform, or repeating the check, does not create another unique prompt. These checks are a sample of AI responses, not a measure of how many people ask that question.

How do AI tracking and implementation fit together?

The plan covers an agreed set of prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. We review the findings and recommend priorities. Content, page improvements, and technical changes use your implementation credits, with complex work scoped separately. Exact prompt counts and checking frequency are specified in your proposal. AI responses vary, and a Google AI Overview may not appear for every query; no placement or citation is guaranteed.

Why might a custom proposal cost more?

Strategic Partnerships start at $5,000 per month. The final fee reflects the markets covered, content needs, implementation capacity, specialist involvement, and any included hosting or authority-building budget. Your proposal sets out those inclusions and its own allowance; the standard plans are not a ceiling on campaign scope.

What happens to unused credits?

Rollover and scheduling terms are specified in your agreement. Work delayed by our team remains committed and won’t require another credit allocation.

Are revisions included?

Standard content and page tasks include one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief. Corrections to our own work use no additional credits. A change in direction or a larger request is scoped with you first.

Are backlinks, advertising, and software included?

Your agreed AI monitoring is included in the plan. Publisher placements, media spend, hosting, and other specialized software have separately approved budgets unless explicitly included in your agreement. Major development and redesigns are separately scoped. No additional purchase is made without approval.

Can we start with a website project?

Yes. A new website or redesign can be scoped as a standalone project, with ongoing care or a marketing partnership to follow. Existing sites can also be reviewed for ongoing care.
